Kidd Bale Choppers

Kidd Bale Shredders
Bale Shredders 450 and 850 easily handles straw, haylage, clamp grass and maize silage. It’s compact but with surprising large capacity for 2 round bales up to 6ft diameter. Material can be directed to exactly where it is needed with less waste.

Kidd 850 Bale Shredder
The 330 is the only machine on the market that can be factory built for Shredding or Twin Chopping. Can be converted by a distributor. The shorter chop length can be varied in length. On most other machines it cannot.
- The Chopping mechanism on the 330 can be withdrawn for service and inspection. On other machines they cannot
- All chopping blades on the 330 are protected against stones and other objects
- The 330 is the only machine that will shred or twin chop straw and handle green material

With the increasing demand from end users for a machine that can process straw, hay, silage or haylage with little or no adjustment for feeding, chopping or bedding, the 475T TC – the first of its kind on the market. The 475T TC Bale processor and Straw chopper can handle 2 round bales or 2 big square bales (80cms x 120cms) side by side.
The smart conveyor reduces process time, hang-ups and evens the material flow over the beater, into the chopping mechanism and fan. Crop flow is maximised at all times without blocking or stopping. Set the 475 running and the smart conveyor controls the process – all controlled at the touch of a button!
The 475 will shred and spread un-chopped straw for bedding, or when the chopping mechanism is selected will give an infinitely variable short chop length from 30 – 60mm which is suitable for bedding or a TMR ration.
The 475 bale processor is a versatile machine that can handle all straw types for bedding and feeding and any green material for feeding, it comes with a high capacity fan, heavy duty flails and chopping mechanism, 3 stage swivel chute, in-cab electric controls, wide angle PTO and smart conveyor.
